Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Essex, England. Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. 5+ years on the tools preferred. £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
