Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Billings County, North Dakota. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
