What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing You will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
