Toolroom milling operator wanted in Buncombe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Buncombe County, North Carolina. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Six days a week, one day off.
