Now hiring: we are hiring a chiller technician in Lafayette County, Arkansas. You will work at a food processing plant. The role involves: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds 1+ years on the tools preferred.
