Tile setter wanted in Torrance County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile setter in Torrance County, New Mexico. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Your main tasks: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas What we are looking for: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
