Urgent requirement: head butcher (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Blount County, Tennessee. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
