Powder coating operator wanted in Rutland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Rutland County, Vermont. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
