We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Pickens County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
