Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
