Production line inspector • Barbour County, Alabama

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in Barbour County, Alabama. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Your main tasks: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
