Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Wabash County, Indiana. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
