Short order cook wanted in Troup County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Troup County, Georgia. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
