Canteen cook wanted in Grand County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Grand County, Colorado. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
