Precision welder — Anambra East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Anambra East, Anambra State. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
