Day to day you will collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset.
