Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Haines Borough, Alaska. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. You should have: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching On the job you will handle: • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
