The role involves break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations.
