Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S The role involves: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
