Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Day to day you will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
