Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Uvwie, Delta State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Six days a week, one day off.
