Argon welder — Harnett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Harnett County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
