Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Caswell County, North Carolina. You will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
