Milling machinist wanted in Nicholas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Nicholas County, West Virginia. You will work in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
