Steam press operator wanted in Essex

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Essex, England. The role involves: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Give each garment a final press before packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £1,950 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
