Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
