Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Jasper County, South Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
