Gas installation technician • Pettis County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Pettis County, Missouri. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
