Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. You will be based on an industrial construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Overtime paid at a premium rate.
