Power press operator • County of Ceredigion, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power press operator in County of Ceredigion, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
