Fabricator-welder — Humboldt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Humboldt County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding 1+ years on the tools preferred.
