The role involves help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely; reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time; pick up and drop staff at designated stops on schedule; check engine oil, coolant and washer fluid levels before each shift; maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather.
