Dough maker wanted in Tuscola County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Tuscola County, Michigan. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
