Pot washer wanted in Ikpoba-Okha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Ikpoba-Okha, Edo. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
