Kitchen cook • Yola South, Adamawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Yola South, Adamawa State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Meals and transport allowance provided.
