Shuttering and concrete hand • Columbia County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will be based on a building construction site. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins 5+ years on the tools preferred.
