What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
