Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer in Allegany County, New York. The job is in a refurbishment property. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • CSCS card or willing to obtain one On the job you will handle: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
