We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Montgomery County, Kentucky. The job is in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Meals and transport allowance provided.
