Immediate opening: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Jones County, South Dakota. You will be based on residential new-build sites. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Day to day you will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; insulate and ventilate the roof void. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
