Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. You will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
