Great opportunity: aluminium TIG welder (New Mexico)

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Cibola County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
