Reinforcement steel fixer — Pankshin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Pankshin, Plateau State. On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
