Security officer — Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region

Immediate opening: we are hiring a security officer in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a factory gate. Day to day you will respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency. Ideal candidate: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Valid PSARA / security guard licence Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
