Steel fixer wanted in Apapa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixer in Apapa, Lagos State. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₦155,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
