Collision repair technician — Clarke County

Join our team: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Clarke County, Virginia. You will work at a paint and panel shop. The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
