Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
