Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Lancaster County, South Carolina. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
