Urgent requirement: concrete pump mate (Kano State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Karaye, Kano State. On the job you will handle: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
