Back-of-house cleaner — Baldwin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Baldwin County, Alabama. You will be based at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Part-time with flexible hours.
